In una padella grande, ricoprire tutto il fondo con olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva e burro, aggiungere l&#8217;aglio tritato e far soffriggere fino a quando l&#8217;aglio inizia a puzzare, aggiungere le vongole e il succo di vongola solo con il vino.
