- 4 cups sweet potato grated
- 2 massive eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon ocean salt nonobligatory
- olive oil for greasing
- In a bowl whisk along grated sweet potato, eggs, and salt (optional).
- Heat waffle iron, then drizzle with oil to stay waffles from projected. See instruction notes for the waffle iron i take advantage of. Cook waffles till golden and crisp (about five minutes or more) then serve together with your favorite toppings- savory or sweet!
